13th Annual Scramble Campbell Red Rocks Art Experience
June 22nd - July 11th
Located in The Red Rocks Amphitheatre Visitors Center
Scramble Campbell is best known for his colorful portrayals of musicians and bands.
He has created over 400 original works of art, live, at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. His vast portfolio includes more than 2,600 pieces from nearly 1,000 musical events across the country over 25 years.
When the music ends and the band exits the stage, what's left on his easel is a unique visual record of the show, stunningly captured through brushes and paint. His bold use of color, powerful compositions and highly energetic technique adds to the concert experience as he creates a unique work during every show.
Take a little trip with Scramble Campbell. The Art Experience Tour is in 3D! You can actually see the musicians jump off the canvas and feel the energy of the music from the colors blending and bending before your eyes.
Meet the artist in person daily. Scramble will be available for 3D tours & discussions.
Be sure to catch Scramble Campbell painting LIVE at Red Rocks during the concerts throughout his exhibit June 22nd - July 11th.
Doors are open 10am- 2pm, then reopening during concerts till the end of shows. You must have concert ticket during concert hours.
Scramble is back for a 3rd year in a row for this great event!
Leftover Salmon returns to The Stanley Hotel on March 10 - 12, 2017! This first class, intimate experience will include a full weekend of music, wining, dining and more. Scramble's begins his Fifth year as Artist in Residence at the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival. This years list of subjects include Gary Clark Jr, Joe Walsh, Mick Fleetwood, Anders Osborne and Jason Isbell to name a few. Scramble will be painting at his regular location in the VIP area. Be sure to check him out often because the paintings usually fly off the easel quickly so he can begin his next masterpiece.
In addition to painting multiple bands from his perspective throughout the weekend, Scramble will be displaying and selling his paintings in the VIP Area as they come off of his easel.
Scramble is also exhibiting at The Arroyo Gallery & Wine Bar on Main Street in downtown Telluride. Stop in for a cocktail and pick out some new beautiful art so you can take a part of Telluride Blues & Brews home with you.
